1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (IST) or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation whastapp message and email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on your location and are approximately as follows:

- Maharashtra & Gujarat: 3-4 Days

- Other States: 4-7 Days

- Jammu & Kashmir, North Eastern States, Andaman & Nicobar Islands: 5-10 Days

Please note that these timeframes are estimates, and actual delivery may differ slightly depending on various factors.

3. Shipping Rates

  • We’re pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over Rs. 999/-
  • For orders that total less than Rs. 999/-, a nominal shipping fee of Rs. 40/- will be applied.
  • At the time we do not provide COD.

4. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within India.
  • At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or internationally.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Whatsapp message and an email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress directly on the shipping partner’s website.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

ZESTILE STORE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Return, Replacement & Refund

At ZESTILE STORE, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or arrive in perfect condition. That’s why we’ve created a straightforward return, replacement, and refund policy to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience.

How to Start a Return or Replacement Request

  2. Attach parcel opening video and relevant photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.

1. Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • We must be intimated about return within 2 days of delivery. Items must be returned within 7-10 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging (if applicable).
  • Certain items, such as clearance, final sale, or perishable products, are non-returnable (these exclusions will be noted on the product page).

Please note: Parcel opening video is compulsory. To process any claims or issues, a video of you opening the parcel is mandatory. Without this video, we will be unable to process any claims. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

2. Replacement Policy

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re happy to replace it at no additional cost.

  • You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery by Contact us on +91 3369028924 with:
    • Your order number.
    • A brief description of the issue.
    • Parcel opening video. To process any claims or issues, a video of you opening the parcel is mandatory. Without this video, we will be unable to process any claims.
    • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item (if applicable).

Once verified, we will ship a replacement item to you as quickly as possible.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • If you return an item in accordance with our Return Policy (see above), a refund will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect and you do not wish to receive a replacement, you may request a full refund instead.

4. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund:

  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food items).
  • Gift cards.
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged due to misuse, or missing parts.

5. Return Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
  • All returns must be shipped by the customer to our warehouse address. Please note that we do not offer reverse pickup services.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is delivered to us.
